- They are on time, the cars are clean smelling fresh, the drivers are courteous and go out of their way to make sure the client is happy. I had them pick up a client and bring to a Seattle Hyatt hotel, and the hotel changed and flowers were waiting at the other hotel, and they went and picked up the flowers without being asked. Customer service is the priority.
